Woman returning home and stumbling up her staircase, not really sure how she got there, slightly confused. As she enters her bedroom, a man is standing in front of her. Something fires … it was from her, she is not sure how, but it seems to be from a silencer of sorts. The man falls to the ground. She is sure he is dead. She panics and runs out of her apartment. She lives in an apart-hotel and tries to blend in as she walk/runs down the corridor to the exit of the building.
As she exits the front, suddenly realising that she has not taken any money or a passport and can go nowhere. She decides to go back and get them. No one would know yet, and she can escape before anyones notices.
She makes her way back to her apartment, using the stairwell and then again, stumbling up the stairs. What is waiting for her?
The body is gone, there is no blood, no mess. Why? How? Confusion follows. Then suddenly she forgets what she was doing. Completely blank and feeling unsure, suddenly exhausted all she wants is to get into bed. She does and falls asleep, and then …..
Cut to in-screen scene of the woman stumbling up the stairs, facing the man, shooting him, we see what has happened after the woman flees her apartment. He is not dead, he gets up, makes a call and a cleaning crew arrive within seconds. He climbs into the cleaning bin and they whisk him away just as the woman returns to her home.
He leaves the building silently and enters an unmarked van. He watches the rest from the the hidden surveillance cameras in her room. Who is he and why has he just faked his death? And who is she?

Protagonist (Main Character)
Name – Ripley Orion
How old? 35, single, no children
Are they likable? When you get to know her, she is not a social person, guarded but when you get to know her, she is loyal, kind and strong.
What’s their job or special traits? What is unique about this character?
She is an intuitive problem solver. Her best trait, which she silently tells herself she should bottle and sell is her ability to recall faces. Sometimes she will walk past someone and years later, see that same face and recall where that person walked past her.
Are they carrying around the effects of a past relationship; a betrayal, a lost love, a bad choice in life? What is unique about this character?
She dreams of being loved, feels as if she has never truly experienced love. Yearns for someone to see her, see past the walls.
She presents herself to the world in an unassuming way. Neat, yet plain and un-flashy so as not to draw attention. Oversized clothing to hide her physique which is quite strong and lean. Stays away from crowded places. Prefers to eat in or alone.
She’s not close to her parents as she was disowned by them due to her life choices, especially around religion and views on marriage. She’s not spoken to her parents in years. She’s a loner because she feels like she does not belong anywhere. She’s never had a real relationship because of this, but she doesn’t really want one anyways.
Antagonist (Villan)
Name – Tyler Shraide
A businessman who deals in the slightly dark side of the world, started out with some shady dealings, then getting more and more dragging into “illegal” trades discovers the drug world of not the traditional illegal drug trade but experimental drugs. He finds a niche which seems to still fly under the radar and a chemist who buys a “memory” drug and they start experiments with animals then people. He starts making a fortune. What is this memory drug.
Backstory
Frequenting a local coffee shop, the same coffee shop as Mrs Orion (Ripleys Mom) coincidently for months before making eye contact, then becoming friendly. Before long entangled in an affair, Tyler and Ripley’s mom have an affair as she longs to leave Ripley’s dad due to long abusive relationship. However, before long he tires of her and decides to try a black market memory pill on her. Not knowing of a pre-condition / allergy, she dies from taking the pill. He is spooked and because of his black market dealings, he can’t come clean and disposes of the body.
